  25.    TUSCON was founded in  October 1995  by members of some local groups  in
  26.    Berlin. But why?
  27.    All Berlin coders were scattered in many different groups. One coder per
  28.    group can't code intros or demos.  The gfx-artists had nothing to do, in
  29.    such small groups,  because a picture - slideshow is not enough to win a
  30.    democompo.  The musicans release many modules,  but nobody can listen to
  31.    all of them and thats the reason,  that many people doesn't noticed  the
  32.    talents of the musicans.
  33.    We formed TUSCON as a connection between coders, gfxartists and sounders
  34.    and our  goal is to finish some cool intros & demos,  so that all people
  35.    can see that Berlin has definitly a demo-scene, NOW.
  36.    Some other  projects are coding  BBS-tools for demo oriented boards  and
  37.    releasing other scene related software.

  45.    For our demos and other freeware releases this means,  that you can copy
  46.    and distribute them freely as long as you make no modifications to them.
  47.    Also, no money can be charged for copying them.

  50.    products in your collection.

  53.    forbidden. This includes selling floppy-disks or CD-ROM's containing our
